Solar Eclipse

So the solar eclipse that everyone was talking about here in the USA came and went. It had been over 99 years since there was an eclipse which had been visible across the entire contiguous United States. The path of totality moved across 14 states all the way from Oregon to South Carolina over a period of 2 and a half hours. The rest of the states, like where I live in Pennsylvania, we got a partial solar eclipse and thus a crescent sun. I didn't make too much of an effort to capture some photos but I did take a few snapshots while in my backyard. Here is to the next eclipse where I hope to be in a better locale!

For more creative and inspiring photos from the eclipse you can go to NASA's website here.
